Loose truffles
Round shortbread biscuits covered with cocoa and melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Softened butter to grind with sugar, add 2 medium size eggs (I had one egg and 2 egg yolks) and vanilla sugar. Add sifted with the baking powder and the flour and knead soft, dont stick to hands dough.

The finished dough wrap in plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for 1 hour.

From refrigerated dough, form balls the size of a quail egg, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment for baking.

Place in a preheated 170 degree oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until light Golden brown.

Combine the icing sugar with cocoa powder and sift this mixture on hot (only taken out of the oven) balls. Well, roll on two sides.
