Cabbage rolls eateries
Tried them with my mother in law, I liked it. So decided to do the same, these houses. A great appetizer! Try.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Water

    1 l

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Cabbage(I had a floor plug)pour boiling water and leave for 5 minutes

Peel the carrot

Grate on the Korean grater.Add the chopped garlic

When the cabbage softens gently remove the leaves. On each leaf put a little carrot

Turn the leaves into rolls. And put in a Cup

Make the brine. In a liter of hot boiled water,add salt, sugar and vinegar.Pour the brine rolls, cover with a plate and put on top of the cargo. I had a jar of juice. Then put a jar of water.

All this construction is put into the fridge for 2 days. After 2 days take out and eat. Delicious rolls are ready. Bon appetit!!!
