Cooking
Bake the crust. In a large bowl, whisk eggs with salt and soda. Add to the mix a can of condensed milk and mix thoroughly. Don't stop stirring, add the starch and obtain a fairly liquid batter. Very warm, form (21 cm in diameter) grease with butter (about 1 teaspoon). Pour the dough and bake. 15 minutes - 180 degrees (the dough as if suitable), then 10 minutes - 200 degrees (prolonged rise), cover with toasted top with foil and Topcem 8 minutes at 225 degrees (fixed lift).
While the cake is baked, start preparing the cream. For this brew coffee jelly. 150 ml milk pour into Ostrolecko and set on fire. Add instant coffee and bring to a boil. The remaining 50 ml of milk and 25 g of starch, stir and pour in, stirring in the milk-coffee mixture. Continuously stirring, bring to a boil and boil 1 min. let cool.
The baked cake easily out of shape. Dump it on a plate. Allow to cool and cut into 2 layers.
The cooled coffee mixture with egg yolk rubs, oil rubs with sugar. Connect both parts, whisking with a mixer in the air. Grease one cake 1/3 part of the cream, put the second on top, distributing the cream on the sides and top of cake. Not finding this cake is nothing North (except the name) I decided to add a frosty crunch of sesame seeds, which was just at hand. Sesame is well blended into the coffee cream and gives this tender cake piquancy.
