Delicious, impressive salad. A win-win combination of rice, salted fish and cucumber. Will certainly decorate your Christmas table. Thanks for the idea chef mA-MA.

Ingredients

  • Vinegar

  • Water

Take the rice "Jasmine" from "Mistral". Better to take the rice that is slightly sticky finish. Pour the rice with water in the ratio 1: 2, bring to the boil and cook for 15 minutes until tender.

While cooking the rice, take the cucumber and cut into cubes.

Add to the cucumbers, salt, crushed chili pepper and garlic, vinegar and honey. Remove to marinate for 15 minutes.

For pickled cucumbers add olive oil and finely chopped dill.
