Cooking
Take the rice "Jasmine" from "Mistral". Better to take the rice that is slightly sticky finish. Pour the rice with water in the ratio 1: 2, bring to the boil and cook for 15 minutes until tender.
While cooking the rice, take the cucumber and cut into cubes.
Add to the cucumbers, salt, crushed chili pepper and garlic, vinegar and honey. Remove to marinate for 15 minutes.
For pickled cucumbers add olive oil and finely chopped dill.
Smoked or salted salmon cut into thin slices. In my case, smoked salmon.
Ready rice is allowed to cool.
Take a mug or a bowl, cover with cling film. For the convenience of the mug and soak the film with water.
Vystelim inside a mug with slices of salmon overlapping.
The bottom and sides of the mug on top of the salmon covered rice, with a thickness of "5 rice", press with wet hands.
In deepening put pickles. Put the salad in the circles in the refrigerator.
Before serving, turn over the mug on a dish (dish). Freed from the film.
