Cooking
In warm milk dissolve sugar and yeast, let stand for 5-10 minutes.
Sift flour, add Sol, mashed potatoes and pour the milk. Knead the dough.
Add the olive oil and knead for 10 minutes.
Then add the onion (pre-fried onions) and again stirred. Put in a warm place to rise for 1 hour. *This is the dough after an hour
A baking sheet (or a small circular shape) lay a parchment paper well dusted with flour. Put the dough and flatten it with your hands betraying a round pellet shape. Cover the dough with a towel and let stand for 20-30 minutes.
To make fingers deepening, and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake for 20-25 minutes at t 200 degrees!
