Potatoes with mushrooms in cream under cheese crust
This recipe is a favorite from childhood, the taste of potatoes with mushrooms stewed in cream and milk is unforgettable. B the village used to do in the Russian stove.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Green onions

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Basil

  • Nutmeg

  • Butter

    50 g

Cooking

Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices.

Mushrooms sauté in butter.

Form for baking grease with butter, put the potatoes in a single layer on the bottom so that the slices went on top of each other, lay on top of the mushrooms.
