Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients.
Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices.
Mushrooms sauté in butter.
Form for baking grease with butter, put the potatoes in a single layer on the bottom so that the slices went on top of each other, lay on top of the mushrooms.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, alternating layers until the baking dish is full.
Cream mix with milk, crushed garlic, pepper, nutmeg, salt. Pour butter-milk mixture.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
Cover the form with a lid or foil and place in preheated oven at t. 90-100° languishing for 2 hours.
After the time remove the foil, raise the temperature to 180° and bake until a beautiful Golden brown.
