Cooking
Chop the cherries with a blender. If cherries with pits - they must be removed.
Whisk the condensed milk, gradually stir in cherry puree. Beat on medium speed for 10 min to obtain a gentle cream. (My advice: the last time a lot of the so-called "condensed", the quality of which leaves much to be desired - no color, no taste, no smell... So, use only high-quality condensed milk with the cream color and of sufficient thickness! I this time got depressing quality condensed milk... because Of this I had to add the cream in small amount of flour and boil it all... the result of this cream are lost in the color, but it turned out quite tasty...)
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar white.
Beat egg whites until you obtain a foam.
Add a couple of tablespoons of proteins to the yolks, add the flour and mix well. Then put all the whites and accurate movements from the bottom up knead the dough.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Spread the dough on the baking tray lined with parchment and greased. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until dry sticks.
Hot biscuit remove from the oven and turn the roll. Allow to cool.
Gently expand and spread with cream.
Again rolled into a roll. Decorate at will, as they say - who on that much. Most elementary - sprinkle with powdered sugar.
To store better in the fridge. Portions cut just before serving.
