Quietly plucked my recipes, that's already three! We have to celebrate! As Carlson used to say – "the Cake with whipped cream approach!" But – cream is not as interesting as here with the coffee flavor of Irish cream. Recently Masha stone posted a coffee cake and so I wanted something like that. All coffee lovers dedicated! Come on, friends, help yourself!

Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt in soft foam, and then pouring a spoonful of sugar, whisking until stiff peaks.
Whip the egg yolks with the remaining sugar in a lush cream.
Continuing to whisk at high speed gradually add the vegetable oil and sour cream. Add condensed coffee.
Sift twice the flour with starch and baking powder. On low speed, stir in the yolk mass. Add fine-ground coffee. Mix gently.
In three steps to enter whipped whites, stirring method of the addition.
Gently pour the batter into the prepared pan, scroll clockwise a couple of times and put in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake 25-30 minutes, focusing on your oven, until Golden brown and dry splinter. Ready cake remove cutting edges, and cool on wire rack. Then cover with a lid and allow to Mature for 5-6 hours.
To impregnate boil strong coffee, cool it and mix with the liqueur. Cake cut into three layers and to impregnate coffee.
For the cream whisk the yolks with the powder and vanilla essence in a lush smooth mass. Add the butter and whip the white.
Add cream cheese and beat again. A thin stream pour the condensed coffee and continue to beat until smooth and fluffy. Pour a spoonful of liqueur and beat again.
Lubricate the cakes with cream and fold in on each other. Top and sides are also covered with cream. Sides remove with a spatula.
With the top it is unlikely to succeed, so just take the plug and put light patterns.
Decorate the cake according to the taste and skill and stand in the cold for an hour or two.
Served with a Cup of coffee, of course, Irish!
