Cooking
All the ingredients I was crushed by a combine. 3.5 liters of tomato: 1. sweet pepper - 10 pieces; 2. chili pepper - 25 PCs; 3. onions - 10 PCs; 4. garlic - 10 heads; 5. 2 stack. big sugar; 6.2 tbsp of salt. 7. 2 tsp of vinegar essence.
Tomatoes boil for 20 min. Then put everything else except the garlic, and cook 15 min from the time boiling.
Then add the garlic and cook for another 10 min.
A minute before the end of cooking, add 2 tsp of vinegar. To pour, to roll. I get 7 cans 0.72 l. All a pleasant appetite!!!
