Grilled peppers stuffed with cheese
Excellent appetizer or snack. The dish is prepared quickly, but this does not become less than tasty. Peppers with crispy bread crust, and the inside juicy stuffing of cheese and greens... Beautiful!

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Cheese

  • Chicken egg

  • Bread crumbs

  • Flour

  • Sunflower oil

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

Peppers wash, dry, brush with oil (this is to ensure that would not have formed markings) and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200C.

One egg cooked in a steep and finely chop. Cheese grate on a fine grater (egg and cheese I skipped through the shredder). Finely chop the parsley. All mix, season with pepper. Optionally, the filling can add the tomato, diced and a clove of garlic.

Peppers remove from oven and place in cold salted water for 1 minute. Then take them out, ochistit from the stalk and seeds, remove the skin. After a "penalty", the skin is just falling off.

Stuff the peppers with this stuffing. Compacted stuffing and slightly flatten.

Beat with a pinch of salt to the remaining egg. Now dip them in egg, then in flour.

Again in egg and in breadcrumbs.

Heat a small amount (about 2 tbsp) oil in a frying pan and fry the peppers on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until Golden brown. Then spread on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat.

The dish is ready. Can feed Breakfast to family members, submitting each whole pepper instead of the traditional omelet, for example.
