Soup oversky (Soupe auvergnate) - simple, hearty, easy and elegant soup. Flavorful, thick and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    175 g

  • Potatoes

    250 g

  • Celery root

    150 g

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Water

    2 l

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Baguette

    1 piece

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Main ingredients. Use green lentils from "Mistral"

Put in a large pot of peeled and sliced potatoes, washed lentils, coarsely chopped onion and celery

Pour 2 liters of cold water, put on fire, bring to a boil, diminish the heat to low, cover with lid and cook for 2 hours. Throws contents on a sieve, the broth is stored
