Rice soup with sprats
Lovers of soups with canned fish dedicated! Easy, quick soup with smoked flavor of the fish. A great budget option to feed the family a hot delicious lunch.

To prepare the products. Figure you can take any, I prefer round, so I chose the rice Kuban brand "Mistral". Rice measure out the desired amount, rinse, dry. Peel the vegetables.

In a thick-walled pan pour oil and stew lightly onion, diced and chopped carrots. After about 5 minutes add the rice and fry it together with vegetables for a few minutes.

Put the chopped potatoes, cover with water. Bring to boil and cook on low heat until potatoes are done.

In the end, add spices, herbs and seafood need to get out of the oil. Carefully run them into the soup and after 3-4 minutes turn off pot.
