Tender Golden cupcakes with a fluffy crumb and an abundance of raisins –what else you need to hot Cup of tea on a cool fall day? I think the site has like cupcakes, but there are differences in the cooking process.

Cooking
Products it is desirable to take room temperature. For baking I use semolina TM "Mistral".
Mix the sour cream with half the norm of vegetable oil. Add semolina, add salt, stir well and allow to swell for 20 minutes.

In the large bowl carefully mix the semolina mixture with the yolk. Add pre-soaked, drained and obalanya in flour the raisins. Gradually, parts, add the sifted with the baking powder and the flour and whipped egg whites. Stir gently, top to bottom, turning the bowl in a circle.
Gently spread out the dough on the molds – better than silicone – and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 160 degrees and bake until ready.
Tastier these cupcakes are well browned.
