Homemade ketchup with plums
Homemade ketchup is the taste is no worse than of store, and the composition is much better. ketchup is prepared easily and quickly and without problems is stored rolled up in banks all winter.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1.5 kg

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

    100 g

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

Skip the tomatoes and apples through a meat grinder

Mix the tomato puree and the juice of plums. pour the resulting mass in a pan, add salt, sugar, black pepper. bring to the boil and cook for 1 hour

10 minutes before the end of cooking, add vinegar, red pepper and garlic (crushed)

Next, pour the ketchup into sterile jars and rolls or twists. turn over and put in a warm place. The ketchup ready!
