Cooking
With orange and lemon remove the zest.
In a Cup mix eggs, yolks, 2 tablespoons sugar, pinch of salt, zest and brandy. Portions we pour the sifted flour. In the first portion of flour should mix with the soda.
When the dough becomes thick, densely on the table, pour the flour and put on him our dough. The dough is very soft pieces of butter. Knead, adding remaining flour. But the flour I have left less – about 2.5 Cup.
The dough should be soft but so that it was possible to roll it a "sausage". Wrap in cling film and put the dough in a cool place for 2 hours.
After two hours take out the dough from the film and, pinching off small pieces, roll thin "sausages" - not more than 0.5 cm wide. And cut the "sausage" pieces. Yes, please be patient. Do not try to roll the pieces of balls – when frying the pieces themselves are rounded :-)
In a pan pour sparing the oil. So much so that our pieces were floating. They are fried quickly. You should stir them often with a slotted spoon when frying. They get lean. Aroma of orange reigned and ruled in the kitchen:-)
In a pan mix the honey, 100g sugar and 4st. L. water. Put on the fire. Cook until the sugar is dissolved. Making sure not to boil. Turn off the heat. Candied fruit cut into cubes. Pour into the pan our fried balls and the candied fruits. Carefully mix them, so that all thoroughly soaked with honey.
In the center of dishes put the glass and the molding around it sweet "hill."
Decorate sweet decorative sprinkles and candied fruit cut into strips. Bon appétit!
