Fried corners
Fried pies. Prepared very quickly and easily out of 32 pie. But the dough is in the refrigerator up to two days (not necessarily to cook all the patties at once) that allows you to cook pies at any time, i.e. to prepare them to Breakfast, to lunch, to dinner, to meet the unexpected guests!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Salt

  • Onion

  • Leeks

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Olive oil

  • Butter

Cooking

Of the above products (kefir, eggs, flour and salt) knead a soft dough.

Divide it into 8 parts.

From each piece roll the cake, grease it with butter and roll in roll. Then roll to twist a snail.

I suggest another filling for gourmets!!! Now, the filling is special: the pastrami (thin slices without "sharp" shell) + tomato (slice) + feta cheese (small piece).
