These gorgeous, lush mountains-pyramids I made, remembering one funny school story that happened to one of my classmates in geography class. Since then many years have passed, but when my classmates meet or talk on the phone, then with a smile reminded of this funny incident. For the contest "Evening school friends"

We need such products.
Cheese is better to take in brine, soft, gentle, mild. I had the Paris cow - very tasty, just a wonderful cheese. Although instead of cheese you can put a soft cheese, or melted better (well, this I did not for a contest just give advice!;-) )
Wash the eggplant, cut into rings, salt. Write to highlight the bitterness.
Boneless pork, cut into thin slices, as for chops and chop it well every bit. Season with salt and pepper and leave to marinate, while we deal with the orange.
Oranges clean, cut into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, season with spices, mix and fry in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
Walnuts chop and crush with a rolling pin to release the nut oil. This is an important process, nutty flavor will be richer.
Spread the nuts in hot oranges, mix well.
Wash the eggplant with cold water, squeeze and fry both sides in vegetable oil. Put on a plate with napkin to soak excess fat. Then, on the same oil to fry the meat on both sides.
Now we build mountains-pyramids - on a greased baking sheet (can be covered with baking paper) put the pieces of meat.

(you can't do a second layer, of the pyramid are lower, but they will work twice, but it's not for the contest - I'm in the "mountains" were needed, that I just suggest;-) )
Put the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake at 180-200 degrees for 5-10 minutes only to all the layers soaked and become juicier.
