Cooking
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Add salt, sugar, butter, eggs. Gradually introducing flour, knead a soft dough. Leave for 1 hour.
Divide into 12 parts. Each roll into a long "sausage".
Put on sprinkled with flour a baking sheet, liberally brush with beaten egg.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Sprinkle over sticks.
On top of the cheese sprinkle with spices and a pinch of salt. Be sure to top with dry garlic (to taste). Give a time for 1 hour and put in a well preheated 180 degree oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes until Golden brown. Bon appetit!
