Chicken soup with bulgur and mushrooms
Delicious and enough diet soup that can be cooked with any of your favorite cereals - rice, buckwheat, wheat - your choice! And most importantly, cooked very quickly!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    1 handful

  • Bulgur

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    150 g

  • Red sweet pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    40 ml

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

Mushrooms soak in warm water for 30-40 minutes.

In a saucepan heat the oil and fry fillets on high heat for 2-3 minutes.

To fillet add the onion, cereals, intensively stirring quickly fry.

Cut the vegetables into dice.

Add the mushrooms and the vegetables to the pan, mix well.

Pour 2.5 liters of boiling water (including water in which you soaked the mushrooms), season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil and boil for 15 minutes. At the end sprinkle with parsley and let stand, covered 10 minutes.
