Cooking
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. In a saucepan put the cheese, sour cream, yolks, pour the sugar, starch, vanillin
3. Well whisk cheese, yolks, sugar, sour cream, starch, vanillin.
4. Whisk whites with a pinch of salt.
5. Gently pour the beaten egg whites into the pan with the beaten curd.
6. Gently with a spatula mix everything.
7. To a smooth consistency.
8. A baking dish (I 26 cm) grease with butter and posypaem tempting.
9. Pour all in a baking dish.
10. Put in the preheated oven at 180-190 deg for 45-50 minutes
To eat better cooled.
