Spicy Thai salad with seafood
Who today has washed up on our East coast? And nailed different marine reptiles... Choose shrimp, crab or take away his sticks and squid. Start preparing.... pure improvisation with "Scarlett" on March 8 )))

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    6 piece

  • Squid

    4 piece

  • Crab sticks

    100 g

  • Cellophane

    200 g

  • Chili

    2 piece

  • Oyster sauce

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Arugula

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Tabasco

    2 piece

Cooking

Boil 1 minute in boiling water squid (if shrimp is raw – too). Do not overcook – will be hard!. Collect marine life.

Cut pieces the same. Chile cut in half and remove the seeds – they are the maximum number of spicy essential oils. I took 2 small jar.

Arugula to break it. Funchoza soak for 8 minutes in cold water, boil for 4 minutes, rinse with cold water. Fill with sesame oil, lemon or lime juice, oyster sauce (or fish). Put chili, seafood, arugula and mix it all together with chopsticks.

Serve in plates (I put in a large sea shell from scallop) and serve.
