The Sochi pie
There are several similar recipes on the website... but every woman does on its own. Offer your own version. Not only appetizing to look at, melt in your mouth, with a nice soft crust, with an unusual stuffing - air meringue flavored with nuts.

Ingredients

  • Grapes

    1 cup

  • Walnuts

    300 g

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Hazelnuts

    120 g

Walnuts grind in a meat grinder, Kish-Mish rinse, dry

Dough: sift the flour on the desktop, put the butter and chop until fine crumbs

Then the dough is put into the bowl, put the sour cream, knead the dough, roll into balls. Put in the fridge. I have a form 30 cm in diameter, divided the dough into 6 balls. Baked in two steps.

Filling: beat egg whites, gradually introducing sugar.

Add the nuts and Kish-Mish.

Roll out the dough on the 3 ball, put the stuffing on the 1st and 2nd sheets

Gently close (fingers) region. I'm going to cut, as you like, in the form of baklava or square.
