Dandelion salad,
Somewhere in ' 95, dad came running with the newspaper in hand, so happy that I found something new: the salad of "Pisano" my mom and I looked at each other with surprise?! And it turns out the newspaper was talking about the salad of dandelions, which they eat. Interested? Go to cook.

  • Radishes

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mayonnaise

Collect the flowers of dandelions, far from roads and civilization. Flowers with a sweet taste: children will also eat. The French eat the leaves, but this is another story.

Put in salt water: 1 tablespoon of salt to reduce bitterness and processing. Boil two eggs.

Wash and cut radishes.

After half an hour, wash and dry dandelions.

Cut the dandelions, as small as possible.

Mix all and RUB on a grater cooled two eggs.

Put 2 tablespoons of your favorite sauce, I have mayonnaise ( I buy organic, so do not judge strictly).
