Bagels, halva, and jam
Soft, in a crisp batter with a crispy crust, sweet and sour-sweet filling. This is the best recipe for bagels I baked - good dough.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Jam

    200 g

  • Halva

    200 g

Cooking

Beat eggs with salt.

Add the warm milk and melted butter.

Add dry yeast and cognac.

Flour mixed with baking powder, sift and add to liquid.

Knead not very steep dough. Place in a container, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Roll the dough into a circle.

Divide with a knife into 8 segments.

For the filling to prepare Apple-Grushovaya jam and halva (I have chocolate). Halva mash them with a fork, or adding a bit of jam, or 50 g butter, in order that the mass was homogeneous.

On the widest part of each segment to spread the filling.
