Cooking
Onion peel and cut into rings. A little salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. Allow to stand for 30 minutes.
Prepare a batter. Warm the tomato juice add the yeast, sugar, salt, butter, a pinch of Basil and coriander. Add flour and mix well. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Dip onion rings in batter (as a whole, so that the rings stay together). Fry in plenty of oil on both sides.
