Wanted to try a convection oven for cooking fish. And since fishing season is closed, I had to take the store mackerel. Turned out pretty well.

Cooking
Another of my recipe from the category "Grills for the lazy" :) Take a frozen mackerel. Preferably, 2 grams fish 200-300 or cut to fit in the convection oven. Clean, washed, give water to drain. Then add salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and wipe with sunflower oil. To better soaked, you can let it stand in a cool place for a couple of hours
Place the mackerel on the foil (each fish separately), on all sides round with finely chopped onions. You can add more Bay leaves
Foil wrap and put it on the bottom grate in aerogrill. Leave for half an hour at a temperature of 230 degrees
Allow to cool for 5 minutes and the fish is ready. Bon appetit!!!
