Cooking
1. Onions and garlic peel and cut into cubes. Pumpkin peel, cut into cubes. In skillet, heat oil, fry onion and garlic until transparent. Add ginger, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Add the pumpkin, pour the broth and simmer on medium heat until soft pumpkin.
2. Fish mince together with onion. Season with salt and pepper, add protein.
3. Form of fish small balls, roll in flour and fry in oil until Golden brown.
4. Then pumpkin put into a blender and grind into a puree. Then put the puree in a saucepan, add the cream, bring to the boil and remove from heat.
5. Giving in cream soup put 2 fish balls, decorate with greens and bread croutons.
