Indian soup with basmati rice and spices
I offer gustrau spicy soup with spices (mulligatawny), healthy and tasty, low in fat.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    0.25 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1.5 piece

    75 g

  • Salt

  • Curry

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1 l

  • Parsley

  • Yogurt

  • Black pepper

For the soup I used rice basmati Mistral.

Chop finely onion,

In a large saucepan heat oil and add sliced vegetables with a pinch of salt. Simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, add to vegetables. Pour into the pan the curry powder, cinnamon, and black pepper. Stir and cook a couple of minutes.

Tomatoes peel, cut into small pieces and put the vegetables. Pour in the kastyulya water, cover and cook 15 minutes. Add vegetables to the rice, cover and cook until the rice is tender (12-15 minutes).
