Vegetable soup-puree of green peas
I offer one of my favorite soups! Very light, delicate and refreshing. I recommend to prepare at post.

Ingredients

  • Peas

    1 cup

  • Water

    700 ml

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    200 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Carnation

    1 pinch

  • Salt

  • Mint

    2 sprig

Cooking

In boiling water to fill the rinsed peas (soak is not needed), cook on low heat with the lid closed 40-50 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, cut it into cubes and add to the soup for 15 minutes until cooked peas.

Carrot and leek and add to the soup for 5 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper, add mint and cloves.

Soup to blend.

White bread cut into small cubes and fry in garlic butter. Serve with garlic croutons. Bon appetit!
