This recipe I have found online, thanks to chef Maria Moren. I slightly altered to your taste. The recipe is very simple to prepare. The dish turns out not only beautiful but also very tasty: crispy fried chips on top and very soft, juicy potatoes at the bottom. Help yourself, my dear!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Minced chicken

    200 g

  • Oat flakes

    5 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Potatoes to grate on cucumbers slices, lay in a single layer and prisolit. Remove to the side.
