Casserole with young cabbage
Delicious and easy to prepare casserole with young cabbage. A wonderful seasonal dish.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Tomato

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

Half fork young, succulent cabbage to chop and put in a refractory form, no salt, no mashing the cabbage is not necessary.

1 large tomato cut into cubes and add to the cabbage. On top sprinkle with salt and add spices. Pour all the egg-milk mixture (4 eggs+ glass of milk)

On top sprinkle a little grated cheese.

Bake in the oven at 180 gr. 30 min. Very tasty and juicy. The young cabbage gave a lot of juice and in the end that crackled a bit. The winter version of this casserole with NAPA cabbage. Low fat and very tasty.
