Salad with canned squid
Delicious, hearty but not heavy salad of minimum products. Gentle, creamy, with a light spicy note. Not heavy with eggs, potatoes and rice. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Mushrooms

    0.5 can

  • Squid

    1 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

Onion cut into small dice and put into a frying pan together with mushrooms and a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry until Golden brown. If you have whole mushrooms, then cut them in slices.

Put in a salad bowl nuts crushed in a grinder or blender, garlic passed through the press, mayonnaise and pepper mixture. Grate cheese on a small grater, squid cut into dice.

Add the cooled mushrooms with the onions. The salad mix. You can add chopped dill.
