Salad
A very simple salad. Almost everyday. Especially convenient for busy citizens.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

Chop onion half-rings. Scald onion to remove bitterness. Drain in a colander to drain the excess fluid.
