  • Cucumber

  • Onion

  • Chili

    1 tsp

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

Cut the boiled squid. I have a regular cucumber, so I cut into two pieces lengthwise and removed the middle with seeds.

Cut the cucumber diagonally not very thin slices, onion thin half-rings. For the sauce mix the chili, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper.
