Beans in the Philippines
Interesting recipe for beans for cooking that you can use dry beans, cook them in advance, or canned, which significantly speeds up the cooking. Beans seasoned with ginger-garlic paste, which should appeal to fans of ginger and dishes, rich aroma of spices. In fact, it's a warm salad, but it can replace, and dinner.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Cilantro

    5 sprig

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Oil corn

    1 Tbsp

  • Zira

    2 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

Chop onion half-rings, cilantro - finely, leaving a few leaves for decoration.

Pre-cleaned ginger and garlic was milled in a blender with 3 tablespoons of water.

Heat in a saucepan the oil and fry on high heat onions and chilli for about 2-3 minutes.

Add to the onions all the spices, stir and cook another minute.

After the spices are sent to the sauté ginger-garlic paste, mix.

Add a half-full glass of water (about 3/4 full), lemon juice and cilantro. Bring to a boil, lower to medium-high and cook under the lid for 3 to 4 minutes.

Beans rinse, drain in a colander and into a saucepan, season with salt and pepper, stir and after 5 minutes the dish is ready.

You can apply pre-garnished with cilantro leaves.
