Carpaccio of tomatoes
Offer easy summer appetizer carpaccio of tomatoes. The easiest way to join the traditional Italian cuisine. Idea taken from Alexei Onegin, thanks to the author.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Green olives

    6 piece

  • Basil

    1 sprig

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Parsley

    2 sprig

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Ripe tomatoes, slice with a sharp knife tokimi slices. Arrange on the plate overlapping.

Sprinkle the tomatoes and wine vinegar.

Season with salt and pepper and leave for 10 minutes at room temperature.

Through the 10min. drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil.

Olives cut into slices and spread on the tomatoes.

Greens chop and add to the tomatoes.
