Pear jam
I suggest to try this incredibly delicious and flavorful jam, the recipe of which is found in a culinary magazine.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    2.5 kg

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Lemon juice

    2.5 piece

  • Cardamom

    8 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

In a bowl pour the water and the juice of half a lemon. Pear peel, cut into quarters and place in a bowl.

In a saucepan pour half a Cup of water, remaining lemon juice, add sugar, bring to boil, remove the foam and reduce the heat to medium.

Crush cardamom, cinnamon, break it into several parts.

Pour all the spices in the syrup, and 5-7 minutes cinnamon remove with a slotted spoon.

Remove from the water the pears and dip them into the syrup, bring to boil, remove the heat to low and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Three hours later again bring to a boil, cook 3 minutes and remove from heat. Three hours repeat then put in sterilized jars.
