Cooking
Blanch almonds in water, remove the skin and a little dry.
Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath, add the brandy and stir it to cool a bit.

Add the almond mix in a bowl with chocolate mix. Tighten the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Prepare 2 plates: one with sugar and another with powdered sugar.
From the cooled chocolate mixture to roll into balls, about the size of a walnut.
First, roll in sugar, and then very good, not sparing in powdered sugar.
Spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. The main thing is not to overdry.
