Yogurt cake
When I bake cake, I love that it was light, not too rich, so I avoid the huge amount of butter and sour cream in the dough. Now I often bake cakes with the addition of yogurt cake turns out tender in structure, light, not cloying. A nice ending to a summer meal. Look!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Condensed milk

  • Sugar

  • Flour

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Sour cream

    7 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Berry

Cooking

Mix eggs, oil and yogurt.

Add condensed milk, sugar, flour and baking powder.

Turns smooth dough, which divide into 2 parts, one of which add cocoa.

Bake cakes separately on baking paper at a temperature of 180-190 degrees (oven preheated). Willingness to check the match. I have cakes baked for 15-20 minutes.

Cakes cooling. Prepare cream: beat sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add sliced berries (add according to your taste and optional) - I have here a cherry.

Collect the cake - the bottom layer (chocolate), cream, the top layer (white).
