Fasolada-Greek vegetable soup
Simply post people struggle to eat the same simple meals, I want to diversify Lenten menu by novelty of taste, hearty and fun to eat. And not to suffer in vain, and to do good deeds without thinking about food.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    450 g

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    50 g

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    1 l

  • Parsley

    0.3 coup

Cooking

Soak the beans overnight in cold boiled water. Before you start cooking the beans drain the water.

Grind tomatoes in a blender, puree.

Coarsely chop the peppers and carrots.
