Description
This is one of my favorite salads, served us in a restaurant on the banks of the Lazurnaya Bay near Vladivostok. Try it, I hope You and Your guests will appreciate its freshness and delicious taste.

Cooking
Take a petiolar celery, leeks and Chinese cabbage, clean, wash. Celery and leeks cut into rings. The Chinese cabbage into large chunks.
Sliced vegetables pour freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Take soy sauce "Kikkoman".
Pour veggies and soy sauce, stir and set aside to marinate for 20 minutes. The salt in these salads are usually not added.
Pre-clean the squid, drop the carcass squid (without "ears") in boiling water for 30 seconds.
The cherry tomatoes cut in half, finely chop dill, add to the marinated vegetables. Stir.
Spread the salad on a serving dish.
Pre-defrost and clean the shrimp, leaving the tails. In a saucepan pour the soy oil, heated until the appearance of "haze", omit the sliced rings of squid and shrimp. Quickly stir for 10 seconds. Squid and shrimp should be dry before it a paper towel, otherwise the oil is heavily sprayed.
Warmed in butter shrimp and squid with butter pour on top of salad.
Sprinkle the salad with freshly ground mixture of peppers and serve immediately. Bon appetit! All the best to You in the New year!
