Discovering this amazing salad I had four years ago. On Valentines day I cooked a romantic dinner, it was our first joint holiday and I really wanted to impress a boy that I "tore the roof". That day has changed a lot in my life, that from that day began my fascination with cooking. Since then not only buy magazines containing information about the latest trends in the fashion world, increasingly hands themselves drawn to culinary magazines. Years pass by, fashion changes, but the salad remains with me forever... For many of us the beginning of spring is the beginning of training myself to fly, and I am no exception, I also prepared... prepared to fly to the wedding! And why not start with this bright, tasty and healthy salad!

Orange and tangerine peel and separate from white plenochki. Slices break (NOT CUT) into small pieces.
Shred cabbage and press down.
Squeeze of orange juice, it is, of course, you can buy, but I prefer fresh.
Mix all the ingredients. Optionally, garnish with mint leaves.
