Chicken rolls
Juicy rolls of chicken fillet with cheese and pickles. Recipe from the simple, conventional products, but with a twist. Visit, not regret!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    3 slice

  • Cucumber

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Flour

  • Beer

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chicken fillet to salt, pepper. On each spread 1/3 of sliced pickled cucumber and put a slice of cheese.

Roll into rolls and fasten with skewers or toothpicks.

In a pan heat the oil along with 1 unpeeled clove of garlic. Then roll the rolls in flour and fry well on all sides so that the rolls are well fried.

Good fried rolls to be postponed.

In the same pan fry the onion, crushed garlic clove and carrots.

Add 1 tablespoon of flour and mix well. Then add beer and saute for 10-15 minutes until thick. The finished sauce grind in a blender until smooth.

Pour the sauce over the rolls. Skewers I pulled.
