Cooking
Soak the beans overnight. The next day boil until tender, drain and set aside. While cooking the beans, make the sauce.
Mash the tomatoes in their own juice. Add the squeezed garlic, onion, roughly chopped, parsley, oil, salt and pepper. Stir, put on fire and boil for a bit.
Cooked beans put in a baking dish, pour the sauce, cover and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 gr.
When the beans are ready, remove from the oven, stir, and let it stand for 10-15 minutes. All! Bon appetit!!!
