Dessert for Cinderella
Jelly with chrysanthemum. For dessert... I won't be original, of course, Cinderella))) Simple and well-known recipe, but in the new version. I recently saw this version of the submission and, frankly, very impressed.

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • The food dye

  • Condensed milk

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
Cut the Apple into pieces, add water, put it on the stove. Bring to a boil. Cook for just a couple of minutes and set aside to slightly cool.
step-1
Our filtered juice, add sugar "Mistral", stir until dissolved. I have gelatin, does not require soaking, so I immediately added it to the compote. If you have another, read the instructions on the packaging themselves calculate the right amount for 500 ml. water.
step-2
Future pour jelly into containers (preferably similar to mine). Put them in the cold for a couple of hours.
step-3
In a separate container, mix three tablespoons of warm water and pour a little bit of gelatin, stir until dissolved. If your gelatin required pre-soaking, then the total mass and take those three tablespoons. In this water add the condensed milk and dyes (I have powder).
step-4
Take the syringe and fill it one of the dyes. Do not fill all at once!! The mass will harden and you won't have time to do.
step-5
Insert the syringe into the jello and begin to quickly, but neatly to introduce a coloured ground. Insert - push - pull out quickly, not stopping a bit (!) press. Forming "injections" the center of the flower.
step-6
The excess weight removed with a cloth soaked in icy water.
step-7
The same is done in a different color... Insert the needle from the center at an angle, slightly shifting to the side to get a thicker petal)))
step-8
So you can make the petals different shapes. Insert a tea spoon in the jelly and fill the resulting "pocket".
step-9
Put them in the cold at the right time. Much more spectacular the flowers look in transparent jelly, but I wanted to make it Apple))
