Bagels bran
I love to bake homemade bread, but I bake it not in the usual bochonochkom and loaves, rolls, tear bread, today I trubnye bagels. Very tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Bran

    60 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

First you need to make the dough: mix 200 g flour (out of the total number) with yeast, sugar and water. Cover and leave for 30-40 minutes. Then to the yeast mixture add the salt, oil and gradually the remaining flour, bran, knead the dough, knead for about 10 minutes. Roll the dough into a ball and place on proofing in a bowl for 1 hour.

The dough press down, divide into 10 - 12 pieces, roll into balls, cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.

Each bead is formed into a bagel.

Fold formed bagels on baking paper.

Leave it for proofing for 40-60 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 210 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
