Of course, each wife (not only wife) knows that her beloved prefers for Breakfast. My husband, for example, Breakfast is very modest, he's had enough cups of coffee or tea is just a piece of bread. So the bread bake all the time myself. This time I decided to surprise him with an original baking simple bread.

Cooking
For making bread, we need a minimal set of simple products: flour, milk (fat content doesn't matter), vegetable oil (any), yeast (I prefer the granulated, for lack of fresh), salt, sugar (any). The recipe I saw on the Internet, but as usual, the link forgot to save, so composed and improvised in the course itself.
I make the dough in the breadmaker. If you do not have this unit, proceed as follows. Pour half the warm milk into a bowl, add sugar and yeast, mix up and leave for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl mix the remaining milk, butter and salt. In milk mixture add the yeast mixture, mix up well (better mixer). Gradually add flour, whisking continuously. This dough should stay slightly watery. Leave the dough in the same pot, and mash for 1 hour in a warm place, cover with a cloth.
Meanwhile, let's make making the mould for the core in the form of "hearts" (excuse for a tautology) for our bread. Take an empty plastic bottle on the 2l. Cut out the middle, we turned the cylinder. Cut it lengthwise into two halves. Next you need to connect the two halves. One side edge stapled by the stapler, I have failed, stapler has not broken plastic, staples was not at hand. Then I just asked my husband and he sewed the edges with fishing line. To the question: "Why?" He replied simply: "it is Necessary".
Then joined the second region, but the seam inside. The result was such an improvised form of the "heart".
While we suffered from a form, the dough managed to come. That's so watery it should be. Separated from the third part of the test.
Squeeze juice. We will need 2 tablespoons of juice, the remains of the drink, very useful for digestion.
Add 2 tablespoons of beetroot juice in a pending third test, adding there is 2 more tablespoons of flour and knead well.
Next, take form. I took the loaf pan out of the breadmaker. You, in lack of such, can take a large baking dish cake. Pre-lubricate the form of oil. Also lubricate with oil (inside and outside) stencil for the nitty gritty of our bread from a plastic bottle. Insert the core into the form. Put inside the beet dough, and the edges spread the remaining (white) dough.
Carefully remove the plastic form.
Put the form in heated to 180 degrees oven and bake for about an hour. I bake all in the same breadmaker on the "cupcake".
Let the bread cool down and cut gently along, I have to use a knife with a nail file. And as usual: "good idea comes oposlya". You can substitute beets for cocoa, then the middle will be more clearly viewed. In General, you can think of a lot of improvisation about this "stuffing".
