  • Soy sauce

  • Dry white wine

    3 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Egg white

And squid ,and shrimp I took frozen...Make the sauce...To begin, mix the starch with 1.5 tablespoons of water...Soy sauce...Wine.sugar.Ginger (optional and to taste)
