Very nice an omelet roll, cool is in the evening when I want something tasty to eat without gaining weight. p.s. In the filling you can add ham, anchovies... but from experience I can say, and in this form it is self-sufficient.

Cooking
1. Dough: beat eggs, add milk, salt, pepper, parsley. Gradually mixed in the flour. You can set aside while we prepare the filling. 2. Filling: cut into cubes the tomatoes, add the grated on a fine grater red onion, nutmeg, juice of 1/3 lemon, a little salt and pepper.
3. Bake two omelets on both sides, spread the filling, rolled into a loaf.
4. Top daubed with tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese (preferably spicy). Put in the oven. Bon appetit! Tested - very tasty!
