Crispy cookies with a soft filling in the original form. Try it, sure You will like it!!!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Banana

    2 piece

Cooking

Butter or margarine grate. Add sugar, milk, egg, mix well.

Add the flour ( little by little )and knead the dough gently to not stick to hands.

Divide the dough into two equal parts, one to add cocoa. Knead well. To put for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Bananas cut into circles.

White roll the dough into a thin layer, a glass squeeze the slices.

The dark dough to roll out into a thin layer, a glass squeeze the slices.

MAKE OUR "HATS" : Take one circle, no matter what color, put a slice of banana.

On top of the second circle. Slightly flatten the edges with your fingers, and then stung, crushing with a fork, do this until all the slices.

Lay cookies on parchment paper. Bake at 180 - 200 °C for 20 to 25 minutes. allow to cool.

From the remnants of dough I made roses with poppy (very much we love it) : roll out separately the light and dark dough into a thin layer. To impose on one another, sprinkled with poppy with sugar and rolled into a roll. With a sharp knife cut into pieces of 0.5 cm
